April Patterson

My name is April Patterson. I am a managing broker and proud U.S. Navy veteran. I work with everyone from first time homebuyers to seasoned investors. I enjoy educating the community about the real estate process through our free community classes. I focus on empowering people with information to ensure they are prepared to make the best decision for themselves and their family. Community support and involvement is a top priority as well. I specialize in veterans and VA loans, being a Military Residential Specialist as well as a VA Loan Master Certified Agent (www.valoan.org). I am heavily involved in veterans services in my community and beyond. I also support property rights through my advocacy on various government affairs committees.
